Session notes or recordings may be made with your consent, fully anonymised, and used only to support your process.

Chat history with MIRA‑Lite is managed and stored by OpenAI. I do not store or review those conversations unless you explicitly share them.

You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Email info@engageinclarity.com with the subject line Privacy Request—I’ll respond within 30 days.

Data Storage & Portability

All personal data is stored securely on Podia. If you ever change platforms, you can export your data as a CSV. I don’t keep your data elsewhere unless expressly agreed.

MIRA‑Lite Chat Logs

OpenAI generally removes chat logs within 30 days, unless required to retain them under law. You can disable chat history in your ChatGPT settings to minimize data retention.

Your data will not be shared, sold, or used beyond the purposes described above—unless with your explicit consent. Should others join this work, they will access your data only according to this policy and always with respect.
